PHP rant
In my first rant I talked about the lousy online PHP manual(http://www.toadi.org/cgi-bin/blosxom.cgi/2006/05/30#php_perl). It seems there is more flawed with PHP: http://blog.develix.com/frog/user/cliff/article/2006-06-06/1.
